At Kimbo Coffee, we strive to provide the highest quality Italian espresso; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened items or damaged equipment within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) code.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened coffee products or equipment in their original packaging, ensuring the RA code is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Send your package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
